We have been working with Fran Lozano since 2014. Although she is in New York and we are in Arizona, we wouldn't consider using a travel agent closer to home. She has always proven herself invaluable in helping us plan our many vacations. From cruises to family trips, Fran has handled the smallest and largest details in a professional and friendly manner.
