We would like to inform you how wonderful our vacation was at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. We stayed there from July 9th to July 15th. Your staff was one of the best staffs of all the resorts we have stayed at.  We have been to Mexico twice and most of the Caribbean several times been on several cruises. We have never came a cross a staff that really made you feel so welcome. Everyone we came in contact was very friendly. They always greeted you with a good morning, good afternoon or good evening with a smile.
