Mary is the absolute best!!! Making travel arrangements can be SO stressful, not to mention time-consuming! If you have a trip in mind that's even remotely complicated, i.e. is going to take research, budgeting, accommodating special needs/requests, and plenty of back-and-forth follow-up to make it your dream trip, just STOP right now and call Mary!!! She patiently and diligently helped me put together a gift getaway for my sister, who, while exceedingly kind, is an extremely busy person to nail down and get answers from. Mary was up to task! I was able to provide her with my sister's preferences--or at least what I thought they might be--and Mary came up with a range of options to present to her that had them--and which also worked within my stated budget. She patiently worked with my sister to learn her actual preferences and with me separately on the financials, and after months of patiently prodding my sister to nail down dates once she'd picked a place, she put together a beautiful trip that was just where my sister wanted to go and with all the activities she wanted! My sister was thrilled with her getaway!! She enjoyed herself tremendously thanks to Mary's patience and meticulous planning.
